Reesa  was   my best  and  often  only friend  through  most of   Mumford  and except for a few  year gaps

here  and there  was  a good  friend  for  many years  afterward.   I am still  devastated at losing her  even after

one year.     We  shared  any things in common, but, we  understood  each other's differences, too.

My son   used  to  like  talking  to her  and  she seemed  to understand him  better than I did at times.     When   I was  in town  I   usually  split  my time   between  his place and  hers.  We'd all go out

to eat including his   housemate and  we'd  spend time  at her place playing  board games and cards. He was

very  upset  at her passing as I was.  My daughter saw her less, but, really liked her, too.

She  had an incredible  memory  for  many classmates whom   we both knew  but  more so for

those  I didn't know or remember.   We weren't part  of the in-crowd,but it didn't seem to phase us.  We could

tune  the  others   out  and  kept  most contacts  during school hours.   We did end up  having a class together

at  Wayne years  later.

Had I known how ill she really was  when  she talked  to me  in October, 2015, I'd have  done my best

to visit her.   I guess she did not want to worry me.  I feel terrible  I did not see her one last time.

This  past  October   5 of us   got together and  said  some prayers over her  temporary headstone. I hope  to  meet  with  them  again where  we  can get together, too, and  remember her.

Rest   in Peace, Reesa!   You'll  never be forgotten!   Helen  R.  Slabosky (GEAN)

It  has now been  two years and three months.    Still just devastated, pain will   eventually fade but memory will

always  remain  forever.        Helen  R.  Gean  (Slabosky)
