I went to elementary school grades 5-8 with Gerald and I am saddened by this death and that of so many of our classmates from the same class. Ours was a small school so we had maybe 20 kids going all through school together.
Gerald and I grew up for awhile on the same street. We went to Hebrew School together. His older sister and mine were close friends. He will be missed.
Jerry and I were best friends all through high school. Great memories of our trips, dates with many great girls (including you, Gay!), and will never forget our times together. Double dating, with friends at lunchtime, Saugatuck trip, Introducing me to Rita Koenig (sweet Rita with whom I have lost touch), Fredson's Deli. Jerry's favorite initialed Zippo (the "GET" lighter). Great parents and a wonderful sister and her family (whom I also have lost touch with). Such a tragic loss for so many who knew and loved him. We miss you still, Jerry.
My name is Stephanie and my sister, Laura and I recently came across your web site. Our father, Gerald Title died when we were very young. So unfortunately, we did not get to know him that well. We would love to hear more stories and details of his life from as many of you that wish to share. Please feel free to contact me directly at stephanie@corporateimagination.com. It's been wonderful reading your posts and it would be terrific to read more. Thanks so much and hope to hear from you soon. (sent to Joani Brandes Lesser)

I was also in Gerry's class, and am sorry to hear that he has passed away.

Jerry was my first 'true' love. I was so sorry to hear of his early death. I have many fond memories of our times together.

I met my wife in his dad's car on the way to Mumford. I know he died a while ago but I think of him often. Ray Weitzman
