I feel it is appropriate to share these Emails from Gloria's husband. It gives some insight into who Steve is and Gloria was:

Received from Steve Davis on January 9, 2012:

It is with great sadness that I must report the passing of  Gloria Rae Davis, my wife and friend,  on this day, Jan. 9, 2012 after a long battle with lung cancer.   I want to thank her many friends for all the cards, letters, e-mails, thoughts, and prayers that were sent to support her throughout her struggle.  Thank you all;  Steve

 

Received from Steve Davis on January 13, 2012:

I would like to take this time to  thank each and  every one of you for all the wonderful support I have received from so many friends. I will try  to answer each of you a little later in time.  Gloria donated her body to science, after which she is to be cremated and returned here where she asked to be spread around the new peach tree in the back yard. She asked that there be no service, so as not to inconvenience anyone. This was all very much like her spirit in life. Again, I  cannot express in words how  much your support has meant  to me...

It is hard to accept her non existence. I knew Gloria when from highschool times and she was quite the live wire. Her vibrancy will be missed.
